As part of the 67 Minutes for Mandela Day, Ugu District Municipality Mayor Cllr I.S. Mqadi, together with municipal leadership, Standard Bank and stakeholders, planted trees and indigenous plants at the newly opened Khayelihle Early Childhood Development Centre in Mvutshini.

This symbolic act represents our shared commitment to nurturing both our children and the environment, leaving behind a lasting legacy of hope, growth and sustainability for future generations.
