A memorable Mandela Day for the people of Ward 29 as Ugu District Municipality Mayor, Cllr I.S. Mqadi, officially opened Phase 1 of the Khayelihle Early Childhood Development Centre in Mvutshini.

The celebrations were made even more special through generous donations of educational resources, equipment and gifts for the ECD, ensuring that young learners have a nurturing environment in which to learn, grow and thrive.
