The Ugu District Municipality today convened its Extended Management Committee Meeting at the Ugu Sports and Leisure Centre, bringing together municipal management to assess organisational performance, review strategic priorities, and strengthen service delivery across the district.

The meeting served as an important platform to monitor progress on key programmes and projects, address operational challenges, and ensure that municipal plans continue to translate into tangible benefits for communities.

Through collaborative engagement and accountability, the Municipality remains focused on improving service delivery, enhancing organisational performance, and advancing development initiatives that contribute to a better quality of life for all residents of the Ugu District.
