​The meeting of municipal council held on Tuesday; 23 January 2023 made an appointment of Mr Vela Owen Mazibuko as an Acting Municipal Manager to a vacant position of Municipal Manager.Mr Mazibuko comes with a wealth of local government experience as he is currently employed by the municipality as a General Manager Corporate Services.
