Revenue Management unit is responsible for the:
- Administration and maintenance of customer accounts and Masterfile. Administration and monitoring of accounts related correspondence received from walk in customers, telephonically and through emails.
- Maintenance of meter related information, billing of customer accounts for municipal services and ensuring that all municipal revenue is properly recorded.
- Monitoring the debtor's book, collection of municipal revenue for all services rendered through enforcing debt collection procedures and issuing of clearance certificates.
- Administration of the Indigent Support program, free basic services and monitoring the Indigent Support Register.
