The Grants & Expenditure section is responsible for managing:
- the administration and monitoring of conditional and unconditional grants expenditures
- the payment of salaries and Councillor allowances
- the payment of all money owing by municipality within the regulated time frames
- the municipality compliances with its tax, levy, duty, pension, medical aid, audit fees and other statutory commitments
- the accuracy of municipality's creditor related transactions and accounts
